What do we do?
We support ranch, hobby farm, and equine facility owners in their pursuit of fulfilling their Santa Ynez Valley “Dreams.” Our years of experience working and living on ranches have provided unique insight into what it takes to have an efficiently running property where all aspects, including the animals, are cared for and maintained properly. Why we do what we do?
We have seen firsthand what happens when properties are not managed appropriately. We have been the help, hired the help, and participated in work exchanges. Truth be told, there is much room for error when things are not approached efficiently and knowledgeably. Oftentimes, inadequate management leads to significant financial loss, high employee turnover, and in the worst cases, animal and property neglect. Our driving force is to see that these dismal outcomes do not become a reality. We are a proactive resource that allows owners to enjoy their land and animals without the stress that comes with the typical method of trial and error.
